Refund Policy and Our Promise to You

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Global Polygraph Network ® is a referral service. The initial deposit you submit with your registration is for the REFERRAL to a qualified member of our Network, NOT for the exam. However, this Referral Fee will be deducted from the exam fee to calculate the balance which is paid directly to the local examiner/member. REFERRAL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE unless we fail to live up to our Guarantee (see below).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once you have scheduled an exam, your examiner will require AT LEAST one full business day’s notice to cancel or you will be responsible for paying the entire exam fee to the examiner. This includes no shows. Your local examiner may have additional policies in place regarding the cancellation of appointments which the examiner will provide to you.

SECOND DEPOSIT REQUIRED AFTER SCHEDULING

Once an appointment has been scheduled, your local examiner will require a Reservation Fee to hold that appointment for you. This Reservation Fee will also be deducted from the balance due. Your local examiner will provide you with terms and conditions for the final payment.

ILLEGAL EXAMS ARE NOT ACCEPTED

Some types of exams are illegal in some areas. It is your responsibility to insure that it is legal to request the exam in the jurisdiction where the exam is to be conducted. A deposit submitted for an illegal polygraph purpose will not be refunded. Contact us before scheduling if you are unsure about this.

LATE ARRIVAL PENALTIES

You will incur late fees if you do not arrive at your appointment on time. After 30 minutes you are considered a no show unless you have made arrangements for your examiner to wait for you.

REFERRAL FEES ARE IN U.S. DOLLARS

For testing locations that are priced in a currency type other than U.S. Dollars, the Referral Fee is converted to the local currency type (at current exchange rates) to calculate the balance that is payable to the local examiner.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU

If you become a client of Global Polygraph Network ®, we guarantee to refer you to one of our qualified members in the geographic area you select, and you will be offered an appointment within 30 days of registration unless otherwise noted on the examiner’s information page. Your examiner will be fully trained, screened and certified. The total price you pay will be the price published on our website for weekday exams during business hours, not including sales tax (which must be collected at some testing locations).
