- Proof of “inspected and admitted” (Per 2010 Quilantan ruling)
- Support of lost documents
- Legitimacy of Marriage / Marriage Fraud / Green Card Marriages
- Issues connected to the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act
- Legitimacy of purpose for entry
- Ties to terrorism or terrorist activities
- Criminal history verification
- Fear of Persecution / History of Persecution in home country
These exams are usually requested and coordinated through attorneys who specialize in Immigration and Asylum issues. Feel free to contact us with any questions about this service.
IF AN INTERPRETER IS REQUIRED
In some cases the person being tested may not be fluent in the language used by the examiner. In these cases we recommend that an interpreter be used. The interpreter must not be personally acquainted with the person who is being tested and must have no interest in the outcome of the exam. In other words, we suggest hiring a professional interpreter. Your examiner must approve of this interpreter. Note that the fees for an interpreter are not covered in the exam fee and must be paid by the client. Another factor to consider is that, when using an interpreter, the entire exam process will take one to two hours longer than if an interpreter is not used.
