Polygraph Payment Plan

LIE DETECTOR TESTING CAN BE EXPENSIVE

We recognize that polygraph services are not inexpensive, and are beyond the financial reach of many clients who may need our services. Our Payment Plan is intended for clients who may not have the immediate resources to pay for a polygraph exam.

HOW TO GET STARTED

The first step is to select a testing location and register for an exam, choosing the “Payment Plan” option for payment. You will receive detailed instructions and an “Agreement Form” to sign and return. No credit check is required.

Within ten days of registering, you must submit your Agreement Form and your initial payment of 100.00 US Dollars. This initial payment activates your account.  If this initial payment is not received within ten days, your file will be closed and discarded.

FLEXIBLE PAYMENTS

After the account is established, you must make monthly payments until the entire exam fee has been submitted.

• After making the initial deposit, the amount of each monthly payment is up to you. 
• You must complete all payments within one year from the date your account is activated.
• We must receive at least one payment each calendar month to prevent your account from being terminated.

Acceptable ways to make payments:

• Credit Cards (use our online payment form)
• Debit Cards (use our online payment form)
• Gift Cards (use our online payment form)
• PayPal (you must request an invoice from us)
• Venmo (you must request an invoice from us)
• ApplePay (you must request an invoice from us)
• Money Orders (mail to us at PO Box 4444, Elmira NY 14904)
• Wire Transfer (extra 20 USD fee per transaction – request instructions)

Once you have submitted the entire exam fee, your designated examiner will contact you to schedule an appointment. You will not owe the examiner anything, since the entire fee has already been paid.

YOU CAN TERMINATE THE PLAN AT ANY TIME

You can terminate your Payment Plan at any time.  If you terminate the plan before it’s completed, you will be refunded half (50%) of all fees paid to date.  We retain the rest as a service fee.  Once all payments have been completed, your examiner will schedule the exam you requested, and 100% of all fees submitted will be applied to your exam fee.  These fees become non-refundable once the Payment Plan has been completed.  There are no finance charges.
