How To schedule an examination:
- Click on the state where you wish the exam
to be performed to select the testing location nearest. If the
listed locations are not convenient, email us for a quote for an
examiner to come to your home or office. If the exam is provided
"at customer's location only" it is the customer's responsibility
to provide a suitable exam room (see below).
- You will be asked to complete a
registration form and select the payment method for the exam
deposit.
- Once your registration and deposit are
received, the examiner handling the selected area will contact
you within approximately 2 business
days to schedule an appointment at a mutually
convenient date and time (usually during
business hours). It typically takes 1
to 2 weeks for an appointment unless
the situation is particularly urgent.
- The balance of the exam fee is payable to
the examiner at or prior to the time of the exam.
- The examiner must offer you an appointment within 30 days. If the examiner can not offer you an appointment or otherwise declines to provide your exam, we will refund your deposit. Otherwise, your deposit is non-refundable.
Fees are PER PERSON
EXAMINED. For 3 or more exams please email us for a daily
rate.
*If
the exam is provided at the customer's
location:
It
is the customer's responsibility to provide
a suitable testing room. The room must be
quiet and free from distracting noises and other interference
(ie. crying babies, telephones, television, nearby conversations).
Room temperature should be between 70-75
degrees F (21-24 C). No one other than the subject and
examiner (and possibly the examiner's assistant or interpreter)
are permitted in the exam room. There must be a table
(2 foot X 3 foot minimum), two chairs and an electrical
outlet. This room may be inside someone's home or office,
or may be a rented meeting room at a hotel. We do not
recommend testing in a hotel room or bedroom, particularly
with female subjects, for obvious reasons. This room must be
provided at the customer's expense, as it is not included
in the exam fee.
