Global Polygraph Network
is a referral service. Even though we guarantee you
will be offered an exam date within 30 days, your
deposit is for the referral - not for the exam.
As such, your deposit is considered a PURCHASE of
information stored in our database (ie. the name and
phone number of a pre-screened examiner). This information
has been developed by our company over many years
and is updated every day. Since information of this
kind can not be "returned" once received, the deposit
is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you change your mind about the
exam, postpone or cancel the exam for any reason,
or the person who was supposed to take the test declines
to take the test or fails to show up, your deposit
will be forfeited.
Since we guarantee that an exam date will be offered to you within 30
days, it is also our policy that if our examiner is unable or unwilling to
provide your exam - for any reason - within 30 days, we will refund the deposit.
After an appointment is scheduled, however, most examiners will be flexible
about changing appointment dates or times as long as reasonable notice is given
to the examiner.
Prior to the exam, some examiners may request an additional deposit -
up to the entire exam fee - if significant travel or expense is involved
in providing your test. If the exam is to be given at the customer's location,
it is your responsibility to provide a suitable exam room for the test
at your own expense. For information regarding our cancellation policy (after
you have scheduled an exam) please click here.
We recommend that you do not submit your deposit until you are reasonably
certain that you intend to follow through with the testing process. Please
feel free to contact me at info@polytest.org if
you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy.
