CANCELLATION
POLICY
All deposits paid are non-refundable, with some limited exceptions (see "refund policy"). Once an appointment for a requested polygraph exam has been scheduled, the appointment may be canceled by contacting your local GPN examiner at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If less than 24 hours notification is given to the examiner (including no-shows), the customer will be responsible for paying the balance of the exam fee to the examiner. This is a firm and enforced policy since the examiner can not typically fill an open appointment with less than 24 hours notice, so any short-notice cancellation usually results in lost income for our examiner.
We recommend that you do not submit your deposit until you are reasonably certain that you intend to follow through with the testing process. Please feel free to contact me at info@polytest.org if you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy.
